Reservation
The reservation of meeting spaces, accommodations, and other facilities is formalized by a sales contract or a deposit request. It must be accompanied by a deposit check representing 30% of the contract value. You can set up a room reservation option for a period of 15 days, after which the option will expire.

Deposit and Reservation
The first deposit represents 30% of the contract, and the second 50%. At least half of the total cost must be paid one month before the seminar date. For last-minute reservations, an 80% deposit is required. Additionally, a company representative must sign a summary invoice issued on-site.

Participant Adjustment
You can adjust the number of participants for the event, with an increase of up to 10% allowed. The final number of participants must be confirmed 10 days before the event and will serve as the basis for billing.

Full Group Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the seminar, you must notify the domain by mail, with the postmark date serving as proof. In case of cancellation, the domain reserves the right to retain the deposit as reservation fees. Additionally, the establishment may require you to take out cancellation insurance.

Responsibility
As the client, it is your responsibility to insure your stay, including yourself and your belongings. The domain is not liable in the event of theft, loss, damage, or destruction caused by a natural disaster. This exemption also applies to parking areas and common spaces.

Disputes
The District Court will handle any disputes. Clients must comply with the internal regulations of the domain, which are sent or provided upon arrival upon request.

Service Execution
In compliance with professional standards and ethics, the provider commits to delivering the services specified in the contract. A qualified team and all necessary equipment will be provided. Clients may submit complaints or claims in writing to Domaine Les Grenettes within eight days after the event's conclusion.

Aquatic Park
Bermuda shorts and swim shorts are not permitted in the aquatic park. Access is only allowed with proper swimwear. Guests staying at the campsite have free access to the pool.
