Reservation

You can book:

On our website www.hotel-les-grenettes.com/en/ or by calling our reservation center. In the low season (September to March): Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In the high season (April to August): Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local call rate).

Your booking becomes final after the payment of a 30% deposit, payable by credit card at the time of booking. Every booking request must be accompanied by the deposit payment.

The indicated rates are valid for the current season. They include the reserved accommodation as well as:

  • Entertainment activities
  • Access to the pool and facilities

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (except American Express)
  • ANCV holiday vouchers and Chèque Vacances Connect
  • Bank check
  • Cash (on-site only)
  • Bank transfer

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Then, except for payments by credit card, the balance is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Modification or cancellation of my reservation

The guest may request a modification of their stay at the same hotel (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the hotel (by mail or email) subject to availability, up to a maximum of 30 days prior. No postponements will be accepted for the following season.

Any rate difference at the time of modification between the original and the new stay will be at the guest's expense. If the new stay is cheaper than the original, no refund of the difference will be made.

Notify the hotel or the reservation service of your cancellation or early departure by email.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, your stay will not be refunded.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you must report your situation within 5 days of the event:

You will need to send them the cancellation invoice as well as proof of your reason for cancellation. You will be reimbursed within 72 hours of receiving your file.

By phone, you can subscribe to this option by letting us know.

Online, you can select this option during your reservation.

It must be subscribed to at the time of booking or within 24 hours afterward.

Please note! This insurance is offered through a third-party organization. After notifying the campsite of your cancellation or early departure, you are responsible for declaring your situation to the insurer.

If, despite our best efforts to fully satisfy you, you have any complaints, we ask that you immediately inform the person in charge at the reception on-site.

Accommodation

Hôtel des Grenettes has 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.

All rooms are equipped with an air conditioning and heating system.

Children

The kids' club is open to children between the ages of 4 and 12.

 

All children, including babies, are counted in the room’s capacity for safety and insurance reasons. The maximum number of people indicated for the room must not be exceeded.

Pets

We accept pets under the following conditions:

  • 1 pet per room
  • Excluding category 1 and 2 dogs
  • Maximum weight of 20 kg
  • A supplement of €10 per day for your pet.

On the property, pets must be kept on a leash, must not be left alone in the accommodation, and must have an up-to-date vaccination record.

Miscellaneous Questions

At Hôtel des Grenettes:

Check-in from 2:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM

In case of a late arrival (after 7:00 PM in high season and after 6:00 PM outside of July and August), please inform the hotel reception so they can explain the late arrival procedure.

Please have your vehicle's registration number with you.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of your reservation, as well as bed linens and a made bed upon arrival.

 

No, access is strictly reserved for guests staying on the property. Access to the aquatic area is granted upon presentation of a bracelet, given to each person on the reservation upon check-in at the reception.

For hygiene reasons, swim shorts and bermuda shorts are not allowed.

We only accept swim briefs or trunks for men and one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women.
